We seek to earn the trust by being consistently focused on the project mission. We succeed to build strong long-lasting relationships exceeding the project time frame and company boundaries. We always stand to our word, stick to strict ethical codex.
On the inside - Our central values inside of our team are freedom and responsibility. We have no formal hierarchical governance model, we work as a network of people 100% concentrated on running projects. Our internal processes are simple and automated. We outsource processes that don’t create value for us and our customers. We share mutual values and principals, understanding each other outside of the business scope. We compose the project teams ad hoc, tailor-made to the needs of the project. Each team member organizes his workload for himself, assumed he or she meets all obligations.
